Personal Assistant

Redding, CA

Tasks:
•    Reception: Welcome clients, guests, vendors and other visitors. Telephone service. Deal with incoming/outgoing mail. Organize meeting room facilities. Act as central point of contact.
•    Travel Management: Book business trips, organize hotel accommodation in connection with business travel. Complete expense requisitions and create, send and consolidate invoices.
•    Payment Orders: Set up vendors in system, check incoming invoices, prepare documents for payment process, check and follow-up on payments effected.
•    Expense Budget/Finance: Prepare annual expense budget lists, and maintain Excel tracking of several line items.
•    Filing: Assure that files are kept up-to-date.
•    Event Management: organize events, equipment use and volunteer staffing.
•    Client Contacts: Arrange client meetings, update calendars, prepare for presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit the fruit of walking in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Regular attendee of Bethel Church in Redding, CA
  • Prefer if Graduate of BSSM
  • Must be in agreement with Bethel's Belief's
  • Strong organizational skills are essential as well as ability to work under time pressure.
  • Proactive and positive team based behaviors, strong communication skills and the ability to work independent.
  • Strong computer skills including internet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Professionalism and resourcefulness.
  • Self-starter, cross functional team player.
